TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMERCIAL USE?

✦ Please note that I currently DO NOT accept any commercial-use commissions!

COMMERCIAL-USE INCLUDES:
✄ Merchandise.

✄ Art / graphics made for shops or any business-related work / original domain websites.

✄ Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons etc.

✄ YouTube assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms.

REFUND POLICY?

No refunds after receiving the first draft.

DEADLINES?

Please don't, I won't be able to do it.

Commissions are finished in 3 days at best, several MONTHS at worst. Depending on the waiting list, the complexity of your commission, and external factors (i.e school and/or health-related issues).

However; you can (and I highly encourage you to) ask for WIPs periodically to check on my progress!

EDITS / REVISIONS?

I allow 3-4 revisions during the sketch stage and base color process - like minor corrections for the pose and expression concept (if not specifically given), accessories, or/and colors. Any major revisions and after that will have an extra fee scaling from 15$ (min) to 35$.

No changes once the illustration is finished.

PERMISSIONS / COPYRIGHT USAGE?

✦ I don't work with individuals who support NFTs, nor do I accept commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs.

✦ You can use the commissioned artwork for social media profile pictures. You can post your commissioned illustration from me, given that I'm credited.

✦ Turning the commissioned artwork into personal merch for yourself (not to sell) is okay. Once again I remind you that I do not allow commercial uses of my artworks.

✦ You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, modify, my artworks in any circumstances without my consent.

✦ I have the right to post your finished commission image with my watermark on any of my social media sites. (If you would not like your commission to be posted up please tell me beforehand).

Commissioning me means you have agreed to these Terms of Service! Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

✦ "What programs do you use?"

[Medibang Paint] for illustrations and [Filmora 9] for videos.

✦ "What tablet do you use?"

Good ol' [Wacom] tablet. CTL-something, I'm not sure. It's been too long (lol).

✦ "Do you do requests / art trades / discounts / free art?"

Nope, sorry.

✦ "Am I allowed to post the art that I have commissioned from you on my social media account?"

Yes - with proper credit.

✦ "Am I allowed to use the art that I have commissioned from you as my profile picture?"

Yes - with proper credit.

✦ "Will I own all the rights to the artwork that I commissioned from you?"

I own all rights to my art to display them as commission samples, portfolios, etc. I will NOT use your commissioned piece to sell as prints or anything that will give me any sort of profit whatsoever.

In return, you also cannot sell or redistribute the art that you have commissioned me to draw, even if it's of your OC.

✦ Can I commission you to sell / commercial-uses? (logo, prints, pins, channel banner, namecards etc)

Once again, I do not accept commercial-use commissions at the moment. Please do not commission me to sell or redistribute my artwork in any way.
